Introducing, The Shape Hub!

I am excited to announce that today we have released a significant new feature to the Shape payroll platform.

The Shape Hub is a secure, self-service portal that employees can use to access the payslips and other payroll documents.

Employees gain access to the hub via an email invitation process which allows them to create their own secure accounts in Shape. Once setup they will immediately have access to all their historic payslips (the ones that already exist in Shape).

Going forward, once new pay runs are complete their payslips are released to the hub on a set date. This date is set when creating the pay run, but can easily be changed later.

Using an online portal avoids the need for employers to email payslips to employees and potentially exposing sensitive data should that email go astray.

It also means that employees always have access to all their historic payslips, there is no chance they can misplace them and need to request copies from their employer.

We are looking at add more functionality to the Hub in the future, it would be great to hear any ideas you have, feel free to contact us with any feedback.
